0:00 Are you ready for a story, little one?0:04 Let’s close our eyes and drift away to a place where the night sky is just waking up.0:13 A tiny star named Twinkle took its very first breath of cool night air.0:20 It felt a little like the story we heard from the Dream Cloud last night, about the little lightning bug who couldn't quite find its blink.0:35 All around Twinkle, the older stars were beginning to glow… a soft hum of light filling the deep, velvet dark.0:47 It was Twinkle’s turn.0:49 It gathered up all its courage, squeezed its little star points together, and… pushed.0:58 A tiny puff of silvery dust popped out.1:02 That was all.1:04 Twinkle tried again.1:06 PUSH.1:06 Another little poof of glitter, which drifted away like a sigh.1:13 A wobbly feeling started in Twinkle’s center.1:18 All the other stars shone so EASILY.1:22 Their light was big and steady, like peaceful, sleeping diamonds.1:28 Twinkle’s light was… well, it wasn’t light at all.1:34 Just a bit of sparkly dust.1:37 Just then, a slow, kind face appeared nearby.1:41 It was the Moon, full and bright, with a gentle, crinkly smile.1:48 “Hello, little one,” the Moon said, its voice like the softest chimes.1:55 “It looks like you are trying to find your shine.” Twinkle just wobbled sadly.2:04 The Moon floated a little closer.2:07 “Shining isn’t about pushing,” it whispered.2:12 “It’s about feeling.2:14 Tell me, what makes your heart feel happy and warm?” Twinkle didn’t know.2:22 It had only just been born into the sky.2:26 “Then let’s go look,” said the Moon.2:30 So Twinkle floated gently along, following the Moon’s silvery path.2:37 They drifted over a big, quiet forest, where a family of owls hooted a soft goodnight to each other.2:48 Seeing the cozy owl family made Twinkle feel a little fizz inside.2:55 A tiny flicker of light, no bigger than a pinprick, came from its center.3:02 They floated on, over fields of sleeping flowers.3:08 The sweet smell of night-blooming jasmine rose up to greet them.3:14 Twinkle breathed it in, and the little fizz grew a tiny bit warmer.3:22 The flicker of light grew a tiny bit brighter.3:26 Then, Twinkle saw it.3:29 A window.3:30 And in the window, a small bed.3:33 And in the bed, a little child was snuggled deep under the blankets, dreaming a happy dream.3:43 A feeling of such warmth and love filled the tiny star, a feeling so BIG and wonderful it felt like sunshine.3:54 Twinkle forgot all about trying.3:58 It forgot all about pushing.4:01 It just floated there, full of this happy, peaceful feeling for the sleeping child.4:09 And without even thinking about it… a beautiful, gentle, steady light began to pour out.4:19 It wasn’t the biggest light in the sky.4:23 It wasn’t the brightest.4:25 But it was warm, and it was kind.4:29 It was Twinkle’s VERY own light.4:32 The Moon smiled its wide, knowing smile.4:37 Twinkle had found its shine.4:40 And now, that little star is up there, watching over you.4:46 Its soft, sleepy glow is just for you… a gentle nightlight to guide you into your own sweet dreams.4:56 Goodnight, little one.
