0:00 A single drop of dew can hold the reflection of the entire sky.0:07 It reminds me of how our friend Twinkle the Curious Star held so much wonder, just before the friendly clouds tucked him in for the day.0:22 Well, this morning, another little friend was just waking up.0:29 Its name was Glimmer.0:31 And it awoke feeling… perfectly round.0:36 It was resting on a big, fuzzy leaf, like a tiny jewel on a soft green blanket.0:45 The air was cool.0:46 Quiet.0:47 The world was still dreaming.0:50 Glimmer just sat there, feeling the gentle curve of the leaf beneath it.0:59 It didn't know much.1:01 But it knew it was right where it was supposed to be.1:07 Then… a light began to grow.1:10 A soft pink, then a warm gold, spreading across the edge of the world.1:18 The sun was coming.1:20 And as it rose, Glimmer saw EVERYTHING.1:24 The giant trees that looked like sleepy giants.1:30 The far-off hills.1:32 The endless, endless blue above.1:35 Oh, it was all so… BIG.1:38 And Glimmer felt very, very small.1:42 Just then, it felt a little… wobble.1:46 A tiny tilt.1:47 The leaf was shifting in the morning breeze.1:52 Glimmer began to slide.1:55 Not fast.1:56 Just a slow, steady drift down a long green vein of the leaf.2:03 It wasn't scary.2:05 Not really.2:06 It was more like… a quiet adventure was beginning.2:12 Where was it going?2:14 It didn't know.2:15 It just… slid.2:17 And then it happened.2:19 The sun, now fully awake, peeked over a branch and shone its light RIGHT on Glimmer.2:29 And for one, breathtaking moment… Glimmer wasn't small at all.2:36 Inside its tiny, round self, the whole world appeared.2:42 It held the golden sun.2:45 It held the blue sky.2:47 It held the green of the leaf and the brown of the earth.2:53 It was a perfect, tiny universe.2:57 Glimmer wasn't just looking at the world… it WAS the world.3:04 The little slide came to a gentle end at the very tip of the leaf.3:11 For a moment, Glimmer just hung there, sparkling, full of morning light.3:19 Then… plop.3:21 A soft little landing.3:23 It had fallen from the leaf and landed right in the middle of a shimmering, sparkling crowd.3:33 Hundreds of other dewdrops, all gathered together in a tiny puddle at the foot of the plant.3:44 They all twinkled and shined, greeting the new day.3:50 Glimmer wasn't alone on a leaf anymore.3:54 It was part of a beautiful, glittering family.3:59 It was home.4:01 And there, all together, they just shimmered in the growing warmth.4:08 Safe, and bright, and finally at rest.
