0:00 Cloudflare just declared it’s time to build an “AI operating system for your company.” That one line captures the biggest shift on Product Hunt this week.0:10 Last time we talked about Gotcha, a single agent that can control your phone.0:15 Well, what we're seeing now is the next step: everyone's building the tools to control the agents.0:21 The hype around standalone AI features is officially over.0:25 The new game is infrastructure.0:27 Here’s what that looks like on the ground.0:29 First, founders are tackling the money problem.0:33 Rippling launched an AI Spend Console that tracks your AI costs and connects them directly to business outcomes.0:40 It got a massive response, because everyone is realizing these models aren't free, and you need to know your ROI.0:47 Second, the dream of autonomous software is getting real.0:51 A tool called Coldtea.ai launched with the tagline “Make your software self-driving.” It’s all about building agents that can operate inside your engineering workflows.1:02 This isn't just a chatbot that answers questions; this is AI meant to DO things, independently.1:08 Third, security is suddenly front and center.1:11 Tines dropped version 3B of its platform, which is basically a secure, managed environment for agents and automations to run in.1:19 One user nailed it, saying this feels like automation "built for real teams, not just perfect demos." The days of just plugging in an API key and hoping for the best are ending.1:31 And finally, the tools we use to build are changing.1:34 Framer 3.0 now lets you put AI agents directly on the design canvas.1:39 They can write copy, analyze your layout, even help organize the site.1:43 It’s a sign that AI is moving from being a feature in the product to a partner in creating the product.1:50 Okay, so let's connect the dots here.1:52 What is actually happening?1:54 For the last two years, building an "AI product" meant slapping a slick UI on top of an OpenAI API.2:01 It was a race to build the cleverest feature.2:04 That race is over.2:05 The novelty has worn off.2:06 The new problem—the one every serious founder is now trying to solve—is operational.2:12 It’s not "can an AI do this cool thing?" anymore.2:15 It’s "how do we get a hundred AI agents to do their jobs reliably, securely, and without bankrupting the company?" This is a fundamental change.2:24 We're seeing the emergence of a whole new infrastructure stack for AI.2:29 You have Cloudflare OS at the bottom, acting like the foundational layer.2:34 You have Rippling managing the finances.2:36 You have Tines handling security and operations.2:39 You have tools like Soloop building in approval workflows so an agent can't go rogue.2:45 You even have products for "Product Analytics for Agents" to see what your non-human workers are actually doing.2:52 This is the boring, essential, and EXTREMELY valuable work that happens after the initial hype wave.2:59 It’s the sign of a maturing market.3:01 The opportunity isn't just in building the next flashy agent; it's in building the picks and shovels for the entire agent economy.3:10 These are the tools that will power thousands of other businesses.3:14 That's a much more defensible, long-term play than building another AI-powered social media scheduler.3:21 Even voice is getting this treatment.3:23 Wispr Flow isn't just another dictation app.3:26 Its CEO talks about building "useful and ubiquitous" voice interfaces you can actually trust, with privacy by design.3:33 Again, the focus is on reliability and usability in the real world, not just a cool demo.3:39 We are moving from an era of building software as a set of instructions to an era of managing software as a team of autonomous agents.3:48 And this week's launches were the first real look at their org chart.
