0:00 Lot one this morning: two warring mortal nations just shook hands on a patch of mud called Oleshky, effective October 27, while the skies above them buzz with plastic falcons that forget how to fly the second they hit one hundred miles an hour.0:12 Last episode we watched humanity turn the sky into a metal holding pen with airport ground stops and divine shouting matches; today, the mortals have dragged their madness straight to the ocean floor.0:23 I am looking at this room, folks, and I have to ask: who on Mount Olympus authorized mortals to string glowing glass noodles across the seabed and call it civilised thought?0:32 I have got breaking wire copy on the block, opening bid is pure panic.0:35 Do I hear forty, do I hear fifty percent tariffs slashed?0:38 Donald Trump just signed an executive order dropping fifty percent tariffs on Canadian lumber and farm feed because Maine Senator Susan Collins is sweating through her re-election campaign.0:48 Fifty percent gone with the stroke of a mortal quill!0:51 Hup!0:51 Hermes is screaming in my ear that this is called statecraft, while Athena is in the back throwing scrolls because somebody built an entire economy out of spite and softwood, then panicked three weeks before November midterms.1:03 Meanwhile, the American navy is parking warships off the coast of Cuba on their return trip from Iran, leaving Marco Rubio to sort out a diplomatic puzzle over Havana like a clerk settling a bar tab.1:14 And across the Mediterranean, Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis is publicly condemning a horrific terror assault on Saint George’s church in Karak, Jordan, mourning innocent lives while mortals continue turning houses of prayer into slaughterhouses.1:27 Ares, put the spear down, nobody called your paddle!1:29 Now look at the main lot on the floor.1:31 Hammer’s down on the noise.1:33 Let me tell you what that actually was.1:35 In Ukraine, Russian and Ukrainian commanders agreed to halt fire at four in the morning on October 27 in the occupied town of Oleshky.1:42 Between seventeen hundred and two thousand elderly souls are trapped across the river from Kherson with no bread and dry pipes, down from twenty-four thousand before the invasion.1:51 Melania Trump brokered the humanitarian corridor, while military envoys book technical peace tables in Abu Dhabi for November.1:58 Think about that bid.1:59 Mortals wage four and a half years of industrial ruin, trade nineteen thousand civilian lives, and then pause the artillery for seventy-two hours so trucks can drive down cleared minefields.2:09 A price is just the last person who wanted it more, and right now, the currency is basic human mercy.2:14 Yet even the machines they worship are breaking down mid-air.2:17 Ukrainian defence officials confirmed this morning that their frontline drones are still dropping out of the sky at one hundred miles an hour because their orbital satellite link, Starshield, mysteriously throttles connection speeds.2:30 Elon Musk claims he fixed it, Donald Trump insists he will get it straightened out if there is a problem, and the soldiers in the mud are left holding blind joysticks.2:38 Mortals built artificial constellations of ten thousand iron stars, only to discover their warlords can shut off the thunderbolts with a software toggle.2:46 And if that is not theatrical enough for the pantheon, turn your eyes to the Persian Gulf.2:51 Iranian security officials just told wire reporters they have drafted operational plans to sever the underwater communications cables running beneath the Strait of Hormuz if American or Israeli bombs fall.3:02 Undersea cables!3:03 Poseidon is having an absolute stroke in the front row.3:06 He thought he ruled the sunken abysses, the whales, the trench beasts.3:09 Now he finds out mortals laid thousands of miles of rubber-coated glass across his seabed, carrying ninety-nine percent of all human knowledge, financial ledgers, and digital arguments.3:19 Seven physical lines run through the Strait of Hormuz.3:22 Iran says they will cut them and physically block repair crews from touching the water.3:26 Telecommunications analysts are already rushing out statements saying less than one percent of international bandwidth actually traverses that specific channel, trying to calm global markets.3:36 But the fact remains: your entire modern reality, your bank vaults, your satellite feeds, your artificial minds, are anchored to underwater garden hoses resting in silt.3:45 Mortals took divine fire from Prometheus, spun it into glass thread, buried it under sharks, and now threaten to cut it with garden shears whenever an election goes south.3:54 Going once, going twice.3:55 I can chant it or I can explain it, but the room has already made its choice.3:59 Mortals do not want divine intervention; they want fragile systems they can break and mend in public view.4:05 Sold, to the highest bidder in the back row holding a severed wire.
